OUR FEE REFUND POLICY
At Shree Bhagwan Datt Mahila Mahavidyalaya, we follow the University Grant Commission (UGC) guidelines for fee refund to ensure a Student friendly and transparent fee refund process. These guidelines apply when a student decides to withdraw from admission after payment of fees.
REFUND STRUCTURE
| Refund Percentage | Conditions |

| 100% | Withdrawal up to 15 days before commencement of the academic session (Rupees 1000 Processing fee may be deducted) |
| 90% | Withdrawal less than 15 days before the session starts |
| 80% | Withdrawal within 15 days after the session starts |
| 50% | Withdrawal between 16-30 days after the session starts |
| No Refund | Withdrawal after 30 days of the session commencement |
Additional Notes
- Refunds must be processed by the institutions within 15 days of receiving the withdrawal application.
- The refund policy will be clearly displayed during the admissions process and in the prospectus.
