The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The committee is responsible for creating a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff within the institution.
The primary objective of the ICC is to prevent any form of harassment or misconduct, address complaints in a confidential and unbiased manner, and promote awareness regarding gender sensitivity and equality. The committee ensures that every complaint is handled fairly and appropriate action is taken as per institutional policies and legal provisions.
